Duovir Tablets contain two active ingredients:

1. Lamivudine (150 mg) – A nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) that blocks HIV replication.

2. Zidovudine (300 mg) – Also an NRTI that works similarly to Lamivudine to prevent the virus from multiplying.

Duovir is typically used as part of combination antiretroviral therapy (cART) in adults and adolescents.

400mg Duovir Lamivudine Zidovudine Tablets belongs to a group of medicines called antiretrovirals. It is used to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), the virus that can cause AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome).

Lamivir HBV 100 mg Tablets contain Lamivudine, a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI). This medication is primarily used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (HBV) in adults with evidence of active viral replication and liver inflammation. Lamivudine works by inhibiting the HBV polymerase enzyme, thereby preventing the replication of the virus and reducing liver damage.
